With ongoing support, we work together on the continuous development and optimization of your website. The costs for this service and the use of WordPress Elementor Pro are billed once a year.
As the client, you enter the contract directly with IONOS and other service providers. This means you bear overall responsibility for the website and need to stay actively involved. I will support you with my expertise to the best of my ability at every stage on the way to your new website.
I am always easily reachable by phone and can handle communications with your hosting provider if desired. Ultimately, the issue causing the downtime must be identified and resolved as quickly as possible. This diagnosis can vary in duration depending on its complexity. In worst-case scenarios, the website can be restored using a backup—though some data loss is potentially possible.
